Question On Adding Another Hard Drive To A Windows 95 Operating System. Have I Done This Right?
Posted on February 14th, 2010 5 commentsI just got a computer with a Windows 95 operating system and have added a second hard drive. It comes up as a new drive instead of adding on to the C: drive. Do I need to change the slave setting on the hard drive that I have added? I am pretty sure I had it set right but am not sure if this is just due to it being and older system.

Folders On My Hard Drive Have Been Converted To Files?
Posted on February 9th, 2010 1 commentI have a western digital external 1TB usb drive. A load of my folders on the drive have been converted to unknown files that i can’t open.
i ran scandisk, but it didnt help.
I have data recovery software, but it would take weeks to scan and recover that much data.
is there a 3rd party scandisk that fixes this sort of thing? or should i send the drive back to WD while its still under warrenty? -
