I tried Spysweeper and i still have it. I also tried anti-malware and super anti-spyware programs, and i still have it. Can anyone help please? Thanks!

How Can I Retreive My Data And Precious Picture, If I Can’t Open ‘windows’?

Can’t Install Roxio Creator 2009 Instead It Starts Downloading Symantec Norton Antivirus?

After downloading the 2 files, when I try to install it it starts unziping the Roxio files correctly, but after that, instead of downloading the Roxio components, it starts downloading the Symantec Norton Antivirus.
