Why Does My Cd Key Not Work With It’s Operating System?
Posted on February 8th, 2010 3 commentsI have had this happen multiple times: I am reinstalling a computer of mine with the correct operating system and the key from the side of the computer it is being installed on, yet I still get rejected… why!?

If you’re not using the right type of disc it wont work.
Assuming this is a Windows setup there are 3 different types of disc with each one only accepting a certain type of key
Retail discs take Retail keys
OEM Discs take OEM keys
Volume Licensing Discs take VL keys -

someone might be steal ur cd key or you have to find a new cd key which one works with all disc, or mightbe some one install same windows on other computer using your disc, and you doesn’t know this yet.
