To remove computer virus, you need to have virus removal software installed on your computer. You can do it manually but you run the risk of deleting important files that make your computer operate. I would suggest downloading AVG’s free virus removal software. However, you can use any program that you want.

Turn off system restore. Restart your computer.
While your computer is rebooting, press F8 to bring up a menu of boot options. You must press F8 at the moment just before Windows begins to load. Select Safe Mode.

Once your computer is restarted in safe mode, start your virus removal software. Have your software scan your computer. If your software detects any viruses, select the option to remove computer virus.

If your software does not find any computer viruses, make sure that you have the most up-to-date version and your virus library is up-to-date as well. -

This is the method I have used for virus removal, without paying for software:
You will need: another computer and a memory stick.
On the other computer, download free virus removal software such as spybot S&D, (download virus definitions as well):http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/…
Malwarebytes:http://www.malwarebytes.org/
and Ad-Aware:http://www.lavasoft.com/products/ad_awar…
Put these on the memory stick. Then re-start your machine in safe mode, (without networking), pop the memory card in and run the anti-virus programs. This will take a while.
The reason you download the virus definitions for Spybot S&D is so that the virus can’t stop Spybot from updating online, which some viruses are capable of doing.
Once your computer is cleaned, reboot and you’re good to go. -

Enable your pop up blocker on internet explorer. Download Malwarebytes the free one and update it and scan your computer.

You got browser hijacker. Scan with malwarebytes, Spybot S&D or Spyware doctor. That should get rid of it.
