i wonder what kind of instructions you’ve used. the uninstall.exe which belongs to personal antivirus wasn’t functional so you shouldn’t worry about removing it.
i recommend going through manual removal once again: http://www.spywarevoid.com/personal-anti…
make sure you delete all the malicious files, registry entries and other stuff. if the infection is still there, run antispyware scan to delete the remains of personalantivirus. -

Hi, try Perfect Uninstaller, it’s quite powerful.
As your porgam is corrupted, please try Perfect Uninstaller, it’s quite powerful to uninstall corrupted programs
Enter safe mode and navigate to the directory where you install Personal Antivirus, right-click on the folder and select “Force Uninstall“ from the right-click menu to launch Perfect Uninstaller. Then just click Next and FINISH, your problem will be solved.http://www.perfectuninstaller.com/ -

copy and paste this into your address bar on your internet explorer or whatever browser you are using. It will delete it from your computer and it might take a few hours to stop blocking all of the websites but it will work and its free unlike all of these other spyware programs that will get rid of it.

Personal Antivirus is a fake antivirus program that usually comes bundled with trojans. I recommend that you scan your computer with SpyNoMore to remove it and any trojans that may have come along with it.

I would think that installing the antivirus program then deleting it would fix the problem. Try it, it may work.
