Posted on January 26th, 2010 5 commentsIt had downloaded its self to my computer from the internet and now i cant get rid of it. Someone please help me its annoying any its messing with my computer.

go to this site: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
on the side you’lll see two options, to download a free one, or download one to purchase, i suggest downloading the free one.
install it, check for updates (if you can), then proform a full scan, and when its finished scanning click “show results” and then “remove selected” then reboot your computer and you’re all good!

I got that same message a couple of days ago and contact norton and to find out that Personal Antivirus is the virus DO NOT REPLY TO IT

click on start menu>computer>uninstall or change a program> then just uninstall the program
