WHEN U DELETE A FILE ITS TRACK ON THE HDD DOESNT REALLY GET ERASED . THE CHEMICAL CHANGE THAT HAPPENS IN THE HDD REMAINS . THIS IS THE REASON FO THE DELETED FILES TO BE RESTORED

When you delete a file it does not really delete It just erases the name of it in the master catalog and opens the space it was taking up for rewriting
